Home turf
Brentwood is home turf for us. Passion Pool Care is family-owned and run by John and Tammy, and we have served Williamson County since 2013. Our Brentwood clients count on us for reliability. The same friendly technician shows up every week, and your pool stays clear without you having to think about it.
Brentwood homes tend to sit on large, wooded lots across rolling hills, and many backyards were designed around the pool. You see attached spas, waterfalls, sheer descents and lighting on a lot of these properties. Each feature adds pumps, valves and plumbing that need to stay in good shape, so we look after the whole system, not just the water.
On every visit we handle the whole job: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying the baskets, testing and balancing the water, and an equipment check. If something needs repair, we tell you plainly and fix it. There is no long-term contract to sign. We earn your business every week, one visit at a time.
Brentwood focus
Brentwood's wooded hills and larger backyards bring their own pool care needs.
01
A pool with an attached spa, a waterfall or a raised wall is beautiful, but it has more moving parts. Spillovers need balanced water to avoid scale lines, and valves and secondary pumps need to cycle correctly. In Brentwood we check that every feature runs as it should, clean the surfaces the water touches, and keep the chemistry right for both the pool and the hotter spa water.
02
Neighborhoods like Governors Club, Annandale and Raintree Forest are full of mature hardwoods. When the leaves drop in fall, a Brentwood pool can fill its skimmer in a few days, and leaves left on the floor can stain the finish. Weekly skimming, vacuuming and basket cleaning keep that load under control, and we watch filter pressure closely so heavy debris does not choke circulation.
03
Many Brentwood owners like to swim early in spring and late into fall, which puts real hours on heaters and pumps. We look over the equipment pad on every visit, listen for pump noise, check for leaks and watch the pressure readings. When a heater, filter, salt system or automation panel needs attention, we repair or replace it so your Brentwood pool stays ready to use.
04
Middle Tennessee winters are mostly mild, but Brentwood still sees hard freezes. Water left standing in pipes, spa lines or exposed equipment can crack them. Whether you keep the pool running through winter or have us close it, we make sure freeze protection is set, the plumbing is cared for and the water is balanced, so spring opening in Brentwood goes smoothly and nothing comes as a surprise.
