No. As long as we have gate or equipment access you do not need to be home. Our technician cares for every aspect of your pool on each visit.

Repairs & installs
Every pool repair depends on the equipment and the part that failed, so we start with a free, no-obligation quote. Call (629) 247-6255 to set it up.
The most common pool repairs we see are pump capacitors and shaft seals, filter o-rings and valve gaskets, heater ignition and flow faults, and freeze damage to valves and fittings.
Water loss only while the pump runs usually points to a leak on the pressure side, after the pump, such as the filter, valves, heater or return plumbing.
Small parts like seals, gaskets and capacitors are usually worth repairing. If a major part has failed on older equipment, we explain both options and quote each so you can decide.
No. We repair equipment on in-ground residential pools and attached spas, along with select commercial pools. We do not service above-ground pools.
Yes. We handle pool repairs across Greater Nashville, including Nashville, Belle Meade, Green Hills, Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville, Spring Hill and Eagleville.
It depends on the equipment and your existing pad, so we give a free, no-obligation quote after seeing your pool. Call (629) 247-6255.
A single worn part is often worth repairing. If the equipment is old, parts are discontinued or repairs keep repeating, replacement is usually the better value.
We install equipment from all major brands and recommend what fits your pool, your pad and your budget.
In most cases, yes. We confirm compatibility with your automation system before any pool equipment installation.
Yes. We remove and haul away the old pump, filter, heater or light as part of the installation.
No. Passion Pool Care works on in-ground residential pools and select commercial pools only.
Specialty & remodeling
Every specialty job depends on the pool and what it needs, so we look first. The quote is free and no-obligation. Call (629) 247-6255.
Usually not. Most green pools clear with the water in them through testing, balancing, shocking and filtering. Draining is saved for pools that chemistry cannot bring back.
If the problem is stains or scale on the plaster, an acid wash. If the problem is high stabilizer or calcium in the water, a drain and refill. Some pools need both.
For many owners, yes. Chlorine stays steadier and the water feels softer. Salt cells do slow down in cold water, so spring and fall may need a chlorine boost.
No. Specialty jobs are quoted on their own, and we do not use long-term contracts. If you would like weekly service afterward, we are happy to set it up.
Every pool is different, so we start with a free, no-obligation quote. Call (629) 247-6255 to set up a visit.
No. Our pool remodeling work focuses on refreshing existing in-ground pools: resurfacing, tile, coping, deck repair and equipment upgrades. We do not build new pools.
An acid wash removes a thin layer of plaster to lift stains. If the plaster is rough, thin, hollow in spots or stained again soon after a wash, pool resurfacing is usually the better choice.
Many owners plan pool remodeling for the months when the pool is closed or lightly used, so it is ready for spring. Freezing nights and heavy rain can affect the work, so we plan the schedule with you.
Yes. A pool remodel is a good time to replace an old pump, filter or heater on any major brand, since the plumbing is easy to reach.
No. Passion Pool Care works on in-ground pools only.
We take on select commercial properties across Greater Nashville, such as community and apartment pools, alongside our in-ground residential customers. Call (629) 247-6255, tell us about your property, and we will let you know if it is a good fit.
Every commercial pool is different, so we start with a free, no-obligation quote. Call (629) 247-6255 and we will look the pool over with you.
It depends on the number of swimmers, the season and the size of the pool. Busier commercial pools often need more than one visit a week in summer, and we recommend a schedule after we see the property.
No. We do not use long-term contracts for commercial pool service. We earn your business every week.
Yes. We repair pumps, filters, heaters and other commercial pool equipment on all major brands, and we quote the work before we start.
