Estate country
College Grove is Williamson County estate and farm country, home to luxury communities like The Grove. These large properties and resort-style in-ground pools are exactly the kind of work our crew takes pride in. We give them the time and attention they deserve, with the same friendly technician every week.
Out here, homes sit on big acreage along winding country roads, surrounded by pasture, horse farms and rolling hills. Pools tend to be larger, often with spas and wide decks. Open fields send grass, seeds and dust into the water, and tree lines along the creeks drop leaves in the fall. We plan each College Grove visit around all of it.
Passion Pool Care has served residential and commercial customers across Greater Nashville since 2013. In College Grove, that means honest water testing, careful equipment checks and a team that treats your pool as if it were our own. You do not need to be home, and there is never a long-term contract.
Country pools
College Grove's acreage, farmland and larger pools call for a careful, thorough approach.
01
Resort-style pools in communities like The Grove and Troubadour hold more water, run bigger equipment and often include spas, sheer descents and wide tanning ledges. More surface area means more to brush and more water to balance. We take the time each College Grove visit needs, cover every surface and check every feature, so a large pool gets the same thorough care as a small one.
02
Pastures and hay fields surround many College Grove homes. During mowing and baling season, grass clippings, seeds and fine dust drift into the pool and settle on the floor. That debris feeds algae and clogs filters if it builds up. Weekly skimming, vacuuming and filter checks keep it under control, and we adjust the chemistry when the water takes on a heavy load.
03
On larger College Grove properties, the equipment pad can sit a long way from the house, and long plumbing runs ask more of pumps and heaters. A small leak or a noisy motor can go unnoticed for weeks. We look over the whole system each visit and repair or install pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems and automation when needed, so a problem out back never catches you off guard.
04
College Grove's open countryside takes the full force of winter wind, and hard freezes are a real risk for exposed pipes and equipment. A proper closing protects your investment through the cold months. In spring, we open the pool, clear out what the off-season left behind and bring the water back into balance, ready for long, humid Middle Tennessee summers.
